Today, we enjoy Blackpool Airshow and see some of the world's finest military and civilian aircraft performing over the iconic seafront. The Blackpool Airshow is a spectacular event that lights up the skies with thrilling aerial displays and stunning aircraft.
Held along the beautiful Blackpool seafront, to between the North Pier and Central Pier at Tower Festival Headland, and enjoy a range of impressive flying acts. Get ready to see historic warplanes and modern jets performing daring manoeuvres and graceful routines. Imagine sitting by the coast, with the sea breeze on your face, as you watch these incredible planes zoom and swirl through the air. It’s a fantastic opportunity to relive the excitement of aviation history, soak up the lively atmosphere and marvel at the skill and precision of the pilots. The event is sure to bring back fond memories and create new ones, and with plenty of seating and space to relax, you can just sit back and enjoy the show!
You will also have opportunity to enjoy the numerous attractions on offer. You can stroll along the famous promenade, take in the fresh sea air, and admire the historic Blackpool Tower. The resort boasts plenty to see and do, including beautiful gardens and the lively piers filled with entertainment. You can even hop on a tram for a leisurely ride along the coast or simply unwind in one of the many cosy pubs, enjoying a meal and watching the world go by.
After a leisurely breakfast, enjoy a final few hours in Blackpool. We depart just after lunch for our direct journey home.
