Located on the western outskirts of Paris and originally created for Louis XIV, the Château of Versailles has been a member of the UNESCO World Heritage list for over 30 years.
At Versailles, you can choose to admire the magnificent gardens or spend time exploring the interior of the château. If visiting the gardens, enjoy a relaxing stroll along Versailles’ own Grand Canal, or why not discover the many fountains and pools, some of which are fine examples of sculpture.
